Dialogue
Barnabas
Equally the festivities began, Kassandra met with Barnabas.
- Kassandra: The people are happy.
- Barnabas: Every bit they should be! For the first time since Ares cursed u.s. with war, the Delos Islands know freedom.
- Kassandra: Only where is Kyra? It's non like her to miss a gamble to drink with her troops.
(If players kept her secret)
- Barnabas: She told me you kept her secret... I'1000 still shocked. Podarkes was a complicated man, but he was notwithstanding her father. She snuck off to ship him to the Ferryman lonely.
(If players revealed her secret)
- Barnabas: I haven't seen her celebrate with her troops since you revealed her past. She's gone to transport her male parent to the Ferryman lone.
- Kassandra: All good warriors deserve their sendoff, I suppose. Even Podarkes.
- Barnabas: Pray that nosotros're shown the aforementioned kindness when our time comes. In the meantime, in that location is wine to be drunkard, and tales to be told.
Kassandra laughed.
(On skilful terms with Thaletas?)
- Kassandra: Make the tale great. The troops deserve it. Thaletas especially.
(On poor terms with Thaletas?)
- Kassandra: Make the tale great. The troops deserve it. Even Thaletas.
(No one romanced)
- Barnabas: Indeed he does! He'due south only up the stairs, that way. I've been meaning to tell him how I lost this middle.
(Kyra or Thaletas romanced)
- Barnabas: Certainly... if you can find him. And when you practice, remind him—I still plan to tell him how I lost this center.
Regardless, Kassandra asked about the crew.
- Kassandra: And the coiffure? Ready to sail?
- Barnabas: On your order. Only beginning, let the coiffure enjoy a drink and a song. You deserve i, too.
Kassandra leaves Barnabas for Kyra and Thaletas.
(If Kasos was saved during the Sokratic Method)
A male child standing in the plaza in forepart of the Tavern waves at Kassandra.
- Aeson: Misthios! Over here!
Kassandra approaches and talks to Aeson.
- Aeson: Sokrates said you're the one who saved my pater!
- Kassandra: That lunati... insubordinate style your pater?
- Aeson: They had them and you saved them!
- Kassandra: He needed saving. I saved him
- Aeson: That's not true. You lot're a hero!
(If players asked "Where is your family unit?")
- Kassandra: If you're here, where are your parents?
- Aeson: Mater'south at home. I told her we were prophylactic, simply she says nosotros have to leave now - that the bad people will come for us.
(If role player asks "What are you doing here?")
- Kassandra: You lot're not safe. The rebels are drinking and getting rowdy.
- Aeson: They said they're building a school. I'thou going to learn to read legends of heroes like you!
(Leave - "Go savour the celebration.)
- Kassandra: Chaire. And effort to stay out of trouble.
Pokrates' Funeral
Kassandra made her way to Kyra, who had prepared a funeral pyre for Podarkes. Kassandra handed her an obol.

- Kyra: Go now, into the river of black night, and embrace the boundless gloom. Y'all shall wander obscure even in the house of Hades, flitting amongst the shadowy dead.
She said this equally she lit the bonfire, casting the torch bated when done. She steeled herself every bit Podarkes burned.
- Kassandra: Y'all shouldn't have to say goodbye alone.
- Kyra: I'm glad I'm not lonely. I've wanted to watch him burn for so long. Now that it'south happened... I thought I'd feel peace.
- Kassandra: And what practise you experience?
- Kyra: I used to feel vengeful... Now... empty.
- Kassandra: He's dead, and nothing nosotros can practice will bring him back.
- Kyra: We? We didn't kill him. You did. I had a gamble to say goodbye to him and you took it from me. The gods demanded justice from me.
Kyra's grief came to a head.
- Kassandra: Right here, right now, all that matters are the people who have fought for you. They need you now—non the gods.
Kassandra's words encouraged Kyra, and she resolved to live.
- Kassandra: If the gods are displeased, offer them a sacrifice.
- Kyra: A sacrifice... What practise I take left that they oasis't taken from me?
Kyra's grief overwhelmed her.
- Kassandra: People gave their lives for y'all, Kyra. I well-nigh gave my own. The gods have blessed you, and you don't even meet information technology.
- Kyra: No i tin see what the gods practice. They tricked me into wanting him expressionless. They tormented my thoughts until I could think of nil else. And at present, I run into them laughing at me.
Kyra'due south grief overwhelmed her.
- Kassandra: I was in your place, one time. The vengeance dies, then the emptiness dies as well. Give information technology time.
- Kyra: Time! I've given my entire life. I want it done! Kronos devours his children—rips them flesh from bone. Zeus had Prometheus torn open past birds for an eternity. Fate is cruel, and the gods are wicked.
Kyra'south grief came to a head.
- Kassandra: Correct here, correct now, all that matters are the people who take fought for you lot. They need yous at present—not the gods.
Kassandra'south words encouraged Kyra, and she resolved to live.

Kyra's grief overwhelmed her.

- Kyra: No 1 tin run across what the gods do. They tricked me into wanting him expressionless. They tormented my thoughts until I could recollect of nix else. And now, I see them laughing at me.
Kyra'south grief overwhelmed her.
- Kassandra: He's gone, but y'all're however here. The people need you. If yous don't protect them, there will be another Podarkes to come and accept his place.
Kassandra'due south words encouraged Kyra, and she resolved to live.
Kyra lives

(If Kyra'southward secret was revealed.)

(Exit – "Allow's go to the celebration.")
- Kassandra: Kyra... He's gone. Your rebels are waiting.

- Kyra: Nada. All of this was for nothing. I'1000 a insubordinate with nothing left to rebel against. It didn't bring her back.
(Hole-and-corner revealed)
- Kyra: Nothing. All of this was for nothing. You made sure of that... and now nothing volition bring her back.
Kassandra was confused.
- Kassandra: Her? Who?
- Kyra: Expletive our fell gods. I will see you, mater. And pater.
- Kassandra: Kyra! Stop!
- Kyra: No shame. No pain. We will be together over again.
She threw herself off the cliff to her death.
- Kassandra: Kyra!
Kassandra looked down to the cliff's bottom with grief in her expression. She later climbed down to the shore and constitute Kyra's corpse.

- Thaletas: I'd rather drinkable alone.
- Kassandra: I empathize.
(Secret revealed)

- Barnabas: Kassandra! You know Iola?
- Kassandra: She was smuggling animals for profit... and said she was leaving the islands.
- Kassandra: Like two stars aligning. Cute.
- Barnabas: The stink of roasting sacrifices, the sweaty bodies of pilgrims coming to pray... It was perfect.
(If players asked "Where volition y'all become next?")
- Kassandra: You're still going dorsum to Arkadia?
- Iola: Non sure. Fates'll change, and yous gotta alter with 'em. The smuggler life is over for me, just I don't have a plan.
("Recruit – Join our crew.")
- Kassandra: Information technology sounds similar you lot're part of the family at present. You've lost your crew and your ship... Why non join the states on the Adrestia? Nosotros could apply someone like you lot.
- Iola: You could use me? Well... A life of freedom... Water at our feet, wind at our backs—
- Iola: What practise you lot think, Barney?
- Barnabas: I say welcome aboard!
- Kassandra: And then it'south settled. Nosotros set off before long. Exist on deck when we do.
("Leave – I should go.")

(If Kyra but lives)

The crowd drank equally Kassandra stepped down.
- Barnabas: A fine speech... Though I'grand non certain many of these rebels can imagine a free Delos.
The crowd drank as Kassandra stepped downwards.
- Barnabas: What a speech! Though, I think some of the rebels like fighting more than than rebuilding.
The crowd drank every bit Kassandra stepped downwardly.
- Barnabas: A fine spoken communication... If a petty violent.
Barnabas took his leave as Kassandra stared out at the metropolis.
- Kassandra: We've been here long plenty. No speech this night.
- Barnabas: Kassandra! Heroes like yous are meant to give speeches—information technology's what makes you heroes! But, I'll round up the crew. The Adrestia will be ready to sail when you are.
Barnabas took his go out as Kassandra stared out at the urban center.
(Kyra and Thaletas dead)
- Kassandra: Podarkes is dead, but this is no time to gloat. The Spartans and the rebels have both suffered.

- Kassandra: Why?! I set up you free.
- Greek Soldier: Podarkes is expressionless, just we are never free. The Spartans are no amend than the Athenians in this war.
- Kassandra: Thaletas isn't... wasn't like other Spartans. He cared about these islands, and the people on them.
- Greek Soldier: Are you blind? He wanted power and control, simply like Podarkes. I'1000 not going to let my son grow to be a slave to Lakonian kings. Misthios, please... do yous have children?
(If players chose "No.")
- Kassandra: No. Raising a family in my line of work is... difficult.
(If players chose "Maybe one day.")
- Kassandra: Some day, if the gods will it, I would love to have children of my own.
Regardless, Kasos explained himself.
- Greek Soldier: I was a teacher... before the state of war, I hateful. I loved children. I idea I was making the world a improve place for them, and for my own. If y'all ever kickoff a family unit, you'll sympathize: yous never stop fighting for the ones y'all honey.
- Kassandra: Discover your family and become them out of here.

Kassandra avoided her irate glare.
- Kyra: As for you... get off my island.
Kyra screamed at her and grabbed her easily.

- Sokrates: Though... y'all shouldn't second guess your pick to save the poisoner the outset time. He institute justice in the finish.
- Kassandra: I said we were hither to kill Podarkes.
- Kassandra: Podarkes was only one Cultist, Barnabas. Wherever we set sail, we volition find more than of them... and I will kill them all.
Outcome

Trivia
- If a romance with Thaletas was pursued (indicated past 'Hearts of State of war' becoming available), then left for Kyra, his jealousy dialogue before the prompt will showtime state that Kyra stole the hero from him, and so returns to assuming the role player stole Kyra from him.
- If Thaletas is lonely at the celebration, due to Kyra committing suicide, his responses when the histrion lies near her whereabouts appear to exist improperly flagged. He mentions Kyra's "exposed past" if her secret was kept, and doesn't reference information technology at all if her undercover was exposed. When telling him the truth, he curses the islands if her secret was kept, and he curses Podarkes if her secret was exposed, which indicates that he had no style of knowing she had such a surprising by aside from the role player exposing it.
